The Kenner Aliens line really came into its own beginning with Series 2. Whereas the xenomorphs in the first wave were relatively conservative in design, the later ones were all over the place, and all in a good way. There was the Killer Crab Alien, the Mantis Alien, the Rhino Alien, and the Snake Alien among others.

Alien Queen (Aliens by Kenner)
Aliens, the 1986 sequel to 1979’s Alien, is one of the greatest sci-fi horror films of all time and one of my all-time favourites. I’d much rather watch it than any other instalment in the franchise. And one of the best parts of that movie is the Queen alien, or xenomorph if you wish to use the official term.
Godzilla (Giant Evolved)(Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire by Playmates)
Lunar New Year Dragon (Schleich)
For a great many people, including myself, the coolest monsters of all will always be dragons. Indeed, when I was four years old, my mother made me a terrific dragon costume for Halloween using Bristol board to craft a headpiece and green egg carton bottoms (this was back in the days when they were made of styrofoam) tied together with string for a tail.

One of the most unusual and frightening members of the dromaeosaur family, Skiaraptor kakos (“evil shadow raptor”) was first discovered in the African nation of Zamunda by the distinguished scholar Professor Cuthbert Calculus. Subsequent remains have turned up in Birani, Equatorial Kundu, Kijuju, and Wadiya, indicating that the species ranged throughout the continent during the Middle Cretaceous.

The Sasquatch (Megapodapithecus krantzi), more popularly known as Bigfoot, is one of only two apes (the other being Homo sapiens) known to inhabit the North American continent. It is also one of the world’s largest primates, with adult males regularly growing to well over two metres in height and 227 kg (500 lbs) in weight.
