I need to decide what figures to include in the first Monster Toy Forum banner. Any ideas? Shall I try to make them 2025 specific?

I don't know about making them 2025 specific, in part because I would like to see the Safari bigfoot on there! I would like to see a mix of things. Kaiju, cryptids, dragons, monsters from sci-fi, fantast, and horror. A Godzilla figure would be mandatory, I would think.

And I'll pick a wide variety of monsters from other categories.

As always, existing stock images on a white background make this much easier so the availability of good images may influence my choices.

I would suggest some "fantasy" and mythological type models like a pegasus, phoenix, minotaur, cerberus, etc. The big brands have all produced such things before.

But yes, a bigfoot and possibly a yeti (the Papo) would be my first suggestion! Maybe the Safari Ltd. Jersey Devil or Mothman too. And a Nessie!

I started working on it but the software I use isn't very intuitive, and I ended up getting frustrated    (GIMP, to replace Photoshop, which is too much for me to afford for the small amount I use it). I'll come back to it soon, and may boot up an old slow computer with an old copy of Photoshop on it, which might be less frustrating than struggling with GIMP to do something as simple as resize a layer.

not sure. The image itself came from DeviantArt, so you could probably ask the original poster of the render if you can use it. But you probably could, since it's just a render of the toy itself. But I dont know

I'll take the risk. I'm making progress with the banner but the program I'm using, Gimp, is being awkward and it's much more difficult than in should be!

Banner installed. I'm quite happy with it in terms of variety, composition, and colour.

Yes, I needed something small and colourful to fill that small space. It could be mistaken for 'The Blob'.
